2. Description of Service

DigiKavach provides AI-powered cybercrime prevention and threat analysis tools. While we strive for absolute accuracy, our services do not constitute formal legal advice. The speed and success of bank account freezes depend on the response times of the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (NCRP) and partner banks.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information when filing complaints through our platform.
• You will not misuse the platform to file false or malicious complaints.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials provided to you.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiKavach Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the services.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
