• Communications: Messages, files, or links you explicitly forward to KavachBot for threat analysis.
• Contact Data: Your phone number (stored as an encrypted hash) when you interact with our WhatsApp/Telegram services.
• Case Files: Information required to generate a 1930 National Cybercrime complaint on your behalf.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Analyzing potential threats and providing real-time scam identification.
• Filing official complaints with the Karnataka CEN Wing or the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal.
• Improving our AI fraud detection models (data is thoroughly anonymized before being used for training).

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely on AWS servers located within Mumbai, India. We utilize end-to-end encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. We do not sell your personal data to any third-party advertisers.
